All our products are of Italian origin, most of them DOP certified. The pizza dough is fermented for 48 to 72 hours before baking. Pizzas are baked at 400–420°C in a wood-fired oven fueled exclusively with oak wood. We recommend adding Extra Virgin Olive Oil to your pizza, as it enhances the flavors of the tomatoes and the dough.
