Street Pizza – the first Neapolitan pizzeria in Riga.
Since opening in 2016, the pizzeria has been serving pizzas baked in an oak-wood oven at 400°C, where they spend only 90 seconds. The dough is prepared according to traditional Neapolitan pizza rules and fermented for 72 hours. The quality of the ingredients ensures the pizza’s unique taste. For preparation, we use San Marzano tomatoes from Naples, DOP-certified products, and high-quality EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil.
For dessert, we serve our homemade tiramisu and Italian gelato.
All products imported from Italy — cheeses, tomatoes, olive oil, flour, and more — are certified and chosen for their quality. We ourselves come to the pizzeria not only to work but also to enjoy these products: appetizers, pizzas, wine, and espresso with dessert.
